Wade is a seasoned post production specialist with 15+ years in the industry. He started his career preserving film on behalf of Paramount and CBS in 2007 at a previous company. After completing this project, he has gotten to work on many big name titles and has progressed his career through many avenues of post such as data management, film inspection, film scanning, mastering, data i/o, etc. While being a jack-of-all-trades, he brings to MTI his expertise in film restoration and his fine eye for detail.
Producer Antoinette Perez brings years of experience with big budget motion pictures and visual effects to MTI Film. Her passion for Post Production and solid producing experience give her the strong and steady hand needed to steer a project to success. Antoinette started at MTI Film in 2013 and since then has produced many TV episodic titles: Longmire, The Affair, Bates Motel and Vida to name a few. Antoinette has moved from the Production Department into the Restoration and Remastering Department where she found a new and exciting passion for Restoration and Remastering. One of her favorite titles that she has worked on is the Remaster of the Seinfeld series for Netflix. Antoinette has also worked on several feature Restorations titles for Sony Pictures: The Celluloid Closet, Waterloo, White Nights, Modern Romance, Fun with Dick and Jane, I'll Do Anything, Buck and the Preacher, Cocktail Hour and Watermelon Man. Antoinette’s dedication to client satisfaction is just one more hallmark of the excellence in service she delivers each and every time.
Having been at the helm of MTI Film's Restoration Services department since its inception in 2006, and after spending 6 years as a Restoration Artist and Production Manager at Lowry Digital, Bridgid both supervised and contributed her hands-on talent as a seasoned Restoration Artist to MTI's many projects including Easy Rider, The Bridge on the River Kwai, Taxi Driver, Twelve O'clock High, Flight of the Phoenix, Lawrence of Arabia, and The Red Shoes. Proving that film restoration is indeed an art, Bridgid is responsible for training and supervising all of MTI's restoration artists. Passionate about the art, Bridgid's unwavering commitment to excellence has helped earn MTI Film the respect of the entire restoration community. She is also manages and supervise each restoration project from scanning to delivery. She cultivates relationships with vendors and and maintain the relationships with restoration clients that have come to trust us over the years.
Ernie has gained quite the skill sets and knowledge over his 12 years of working in Post Production. Having worked with some of the biggest colorists in music videos, commercial jobs and episodic jobs, Ernie has learned what it takes to thrive in a fast paced environment while developing a keen eye for color correction. This year, Ernie joined the MTI Color Restoration team, working alongside Jimmy Tom. "Working with Jimmy has really helped my growth. His extensive knowledge and experience as a colorst has really taught me a lot and he constantly pushes me to get better each and every day. Not only is he a great friend, he is also a great mentor" After years of assisting, Ernie has sights on becoming a full time colorist and hopes to work on his own projects very soon.
Mauricio has recently moved into film scanning for the film restoration department, using his film skilss from the pre digital days. Since 2006, Mauricio had been working closely with DPs on numerous TV episodic shows coloring their dailies. “I loved the variety that dailies TV work had on a daily basis. Switching from one show to the other during is challenging, but it gave me a great foundation upon which to build my color skills”. In 2018 Mauricio made the leap to final color assisting Steve Porter by doing pre-color on many of the shows on Steve’s schedule.
Valerie graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Psychology in 2021, she is married and lives with her husband in Silverlake Los Angeles. She found the opportunity to apply for a position as a Vault Clerk at MTI Film and was hired in August in 2021. Her main role as a Vault Clerk was managing and tracking physical assets that come in and out of the facility. She expressed that it was essential to be professional, courteous and to provide excellent customer service with Clients and Courier Messengers that arrive at MTI. Within one year she was then offered the opportunity to become the Restoration Coordinator for MTI's Restoration Department, she has since been learning from some of the very best and experienced Producers from MTI Film in the Restoration Department and Post Production Department as well.
