Arthur Oganesyan joined our Los Angeles studio as a Dailies Colorist in 2022. Arthur's love for imagery and composition is the reason he started working in the film industry. Having begun his passion for color at companies like Encore and Company3, he continued to hone his craft working as a freelance colorist in recent years.

JEREMY SAWYER
Jeremy is a senior colorist with over 20 years of experience enhancing visual storytelling across scripted dramas and compelling nonfiction projects.
Starting his career in photographic darkrooms, Jeremy developed a deep understanding of the art and science of image-making. This unique background,
combined with an advanced knowledge of color science allows Jeremy to craft distinctive color palettes that elevate mood, atmosphere, and narrative.
Jeremy collaborates closely with his Cinematographers, Directors and Producers to translate their creative vision to the screen.

Carlos Iniquez
Dailies Colorist
Having studied graphic design and photography, Carlos spent his first years in the industry at Lowry Digital as a Restoration Artist. Joining MTI Film in 2009, he served as a Senior Restoration Artist for nearly a decade. This year, Carlos made the jump to Dailies Colorist. His eye for detail in the restoration world has given him a keen eye for doing the critical work of dailies. “I’m very happy in this new role. It’s afforded me an opportunity to grow in an area that has interested me for a long time. Hopefully, the DPs I’m working with feel equally enthusiastic!"
Julio Giron
Colorist
After years of doing color for dailies, Julio has come into his own as a colorist for mainstream episodic programming. Doing final color this year for 911 and 911 Lonestar has provided Julio to demonstrate that the years spent in the dailies chair has paid off for the clients who’ve entrusted their footage to him. “I’m glad to have had the time spent doing dailies. Considering the scores of shows I worked on, each with their own look, and working with a variety of great DPs, I feel very comfortable doing final color for the shows I’m working on.”
Steve Porter
Supervising Colorist
As Supervising Colorist at MTI Film, Steve Porter's credits are too lengthy to list having been a well-respected colorist at Encore Hollywood and RIOT Santa Monica since 1989. Steve has worked on a number of high-profile projects and received numerous industry accolades including those for Showtime's Weeds, which won the Emmy for Cinematography, and HBO's miniseries The Pacific, which was nominated for a Cinematography Emmy and was honored with the Hollywood Post Alliance Award for Outstanding Color Grading. Steve's guidance on color at MTI starts with his personal supervision and training of the dailies team, setting a high bar of artistry that is the envy of the industry.

Senior Colorist Tanner Buschman has worked his way up the ladder of MTI Film's color team by working hard and proving himself over and over again. Demonstrating a true passion for what he does, Tanner has reached new heights of expertise by applying his talents to each project he works on. Tanner's color on Ratched, Hollywood, American Horror Stories, The Politician, as well as restoring many Sony features has provided the diversity of work needed to gain "chops on the box” and refining his eye. Often coloring on weekends on his own time, Tanner has demonstrated his commitment to be the best he can be, which has paid off with his latest work on Sugar for Apple+
